For our inflatable photo booth, we recommend having roughly a 12x12 foot area available. The inflatable enclosure itself is 8x8x8 feet, and we also bring a 4-foot table for props and printing equipment. For backdrop-style setups, our backdrops are approximately 8 feet wide and 7.5 feet tall, and we bring a 4-foot table for props and printing equipment with these setups as well. A minimum ceiling height of 8 feet is required for all photo booth setups.

The biggest requirements are proper space and access to one standard power outlet. As long as the venue provides enough room and power access, we handle the rest including setup, operation, and breakdown.

Photo booth rentals start at $550. Pricing varies based on the style of booth, event duration, location, and any enhancements you choose to add. More detailed pricing information is sent shortly after filling out our contact form.

Our team typically arrives approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of your photo booth rental. This allows us enough time to fully set up the booth, test everything, and have it ready before guests arrive.

Yes. All photo booths include text message sharing capabilities, even if you are booking one of our print photo booths. Guests can quickly receive their photos digitally directly to their phones.

The design process starts with us sending you a folder containing some of our most popular photo strip designs. You can choose one, and our graphic designer will customize it with your names, event date, and event details. We then send you a proof to review for spelling, accuracy, and approval before your event. If you have a specific theme, color palette, or custom idea in mind, let us know. Our graphic designer can also create a completely custom design tailored specifically to your event.

Yes, outdoor photo booth setups are possible. However, photo booth events cannot operate in the rain. In addition, extreme wind conditions can sometimes prevent backdrop setups from being safely installed or operated properly. If your event is outdoors, we always recommend having a backup indoor location available if weather becomes an issue.
